LONDON (Thomson Financial) - Real estate developer Chagala Group Ltd said it has appointed Peter Lourenco as chief executive officer of the Chagala Zere Malls joint venture.
In April 2007, Chagala said it signed a joint venture agreement with Kazakhstan-based joint stock company Zere to develop and operate shopping centres across the country.
Chagala has a 50.1 pct stake in a joint venture with Zere to develop and operate a number of shopping centres across Kazakhstan based in Ust-Kamenogorsk, Atyrau, Aktau, Kostanai, Urlask and Shymken.
